This perhaps is land from river to 47 East Main and cuts out a portion of the Brick Store.

Perhaps Elias Weld get land when he marries Abigail Abbott July 11, 1799.

1800, Sep 19: Elias Weld and Abigail (Abbott) Weld to Frederick Parker (169/83) bounded  11R 18L partly by John Little and partly by John Brown on west, Moses Moody 14R on south, River 12R 23L, and Nathaniel Ladd 16R on North. $100.00 size: 1A 5R.

1835, March 25: Joseph and Ann Estabrook to Charles Minot.  (282/092).  3 pieces of land included.  #1: One acre of land bounded easterly by Merrimack River, southerly by land of Enoch Foot and Nathaniel Ladd, Westerly by land of Enoch Foot, Northerly by land of Nathaniel Ladd. #2: South side of road leading from Haverhilltown to Rock’s Bridge. south easterly by Ebenezer Fullington and Enoch Foot, southerly by E. Foot, westerly by land of Poyen and Joseph Estabrooks (occupied and tan yard bark mill and currying shop). #3: Northerly side of said road with dwelling house. (Francis Carr to Frederick Parker (1805 – 179/109), (175/120: Francis Carr to Frederick Parker May 10 1804) (Joseph Poyen to Frederick Parker 1804 (175/119) Charles Minot to Joseph Estabrook (282/94) mortgage?? Charles Minot is listed as a Counselor/Attorney in 1847 Haverhill.

Abigail (Burroughs) Parker Brown (wife Frederick Parker and then Deacon Moses Brown) owns 34 wharf in late 1790 early 1850. She dies in 1859. Referenced in 1852 as hers. And Joseph Estabrook in 1861.

Perhaps land comes to Joseph when he marries Ann Parker (Abigail’s sister in law)

(2457 is a correction from what is listed in deed 2575/375) Includes a right to a spigot in basement from barrel on Swilloway Tavern land (Getchell’s other property) which is filled by spring on Augusta L. and Manley C. Little (29 Wharf lane (Sam Foot House). Requires 1/3 of costs incurred to keep barrel and pipe.

Getchel.  Together with the right to take water through the existing pipe running from the barrel in land n/f of said Getchel to the granted premises as set forth in the Deed from said Getchel to Lizzie J. Atkins dated July 1, 1920 and recorded with the Essex South District Registry of Deeds at Book 2457 Page 385, if and insofar as said right may now be in force and applicable.
