This perhaps is land from river to 47 East Main and cuts out a portion of the Brick Store.

Perhaps Elias Weld get land when he marries Abigail Abbott July 11, 1799.

Foot, westerly by land of Poyen and Joseph Estabrooks (occupied and tan yard bark mill and currying shop). #3: Northerly side of said road with dwelling house. (Francis Carr to Frederick Parker (1805 – 179/109), (175/120: Francis Carr to Frederick Parker May 10 1804) (Joseph Poyen to Frederick Parker 1804 (175/119) Charles Minot to Joseph Estabrook (282/94) mortgage?? Charles Minot is listed as a Counselor/Attorney in 1847 Haverhill.

Abigail (Burroughs) Parker Brown (wife Frederick Parker and then Deacon Moses Brown) owns 34 wharf in late 1790 early 1850. She dies in 1859. Referenced in 1852 as hers. And Joseph Estabrook in 1861.

Perhaps land comes to Joseph when he marries Ann Parker (Abigail’s sister in law)
